Comedy fans are invited to a night of laughs with Babatunde Aleshe in his new show, High Expectations, at Theatre Royal Winchester on Sunday 28 September.
High Expectations sees Aleshe perform an evening of stand-up related to his family life, his new found fame, and the joys of the retail chain, Costco.
Aleshe – who has performed on the likes of Taskmaster and Celebrity Gogglebox (Channel 4), Live at the Apollo and Would I Lie To You (BBC) – is a multi-award-winning comedian, actor and podcaster who has gained popularity through his many varied appearances.
His debut tour, Babahood, had to be extended for a fourth leg after selling over 30,000 tickets; last year he was head judge for the BBC’s New Comedian of the Year; and now he features with his wife, Leonie, on their new podcast, Then & Now, exploring parenting and childhood.
Aleshe appears as part of Winchester Comedy Festival.
Babatunde Aleshe will be at Theatre Royal Winchester on Sunday 28 September at 7.30pm. Recommended age: 16+. For more information, or to book tickets, visit: theatreroyalwinchester.co.uk or call 01962 840 440.
