Winchester awaits the return of its very own world-class illusionist as Ben Hart takes to the stage with The Remarkable Ben Hart at Theatre Royal Winchester on Sunday 26 April.
This brand-new mind-bending show sees the multi-award-winning magician seemingly rewrite reality. Combining storytelling with wit and charm, Ben returns to the city after selling out shows around the world with his most astonishing and impossible performance yet.
Described as funny, haunting and original by fellow star magicians, Penn and Teller, Ben creates magic shows that are unforgettable and now invites audiences to witness him read minds, manipulate the very fabric of existence and bend logic to his will with only his hands, some simple objects, and his newly discovered mental abilities – making the impossible appear before audiences’ very eyes!
Ben will perform original impossibilities live on stage without camera trickery and with nowhere to hide.
Ben won the Magic Circle’s Young Magician of the Year award aged just 16 but became a household name after appearing on Britain’s Got Talent (ITV) and coming third. Since then, he has sold out the Edinburgh Festival, starred in numerous UK and international TV shows, invented magic tricks and special effects for the likes of The Old Vic and The Royal Shakespeare Company, worked on major Hollywood films coaching stars such as Tom Cruise and Rami Malek, worked with major businesses on advertising campaigns, lectured, and is regularly booked for corporate and prestigious events around the world.
The Remarkable Ben Hart will be at Theatre Royal Winchester on Sunday 26 April at 2.30pm and 7.30pm. Recommended age: 12+. For more information, or to book tickets, visit: theatreroyalwinchester.co.uk or call 01962 840 440.
