An evening of wonder awaits audiences at Theatre Royal Winchester when the award-winning magician, James Phelan, takes to the stage on Thursday 4 June.
The world-renowned Phelan presents a five-star rated magic show, The Man Who Was Magic, packed with humour and unbelievable trickery, leaving audiences ‘flabbergasted’.
Phelan – who famously jammed the BBC phone lines when he correctly predicted the National Lottery results – comes direct from London’s West End and five years of sold-out shows around the world. Including the show, The Greatest Magician – a love-letter to his late uncle, Paul Daniels, which sold out more than 450 theatres in three years.
In 2024, Phelan also became the first magician in history to sell out a solo-run at The Magic Circle.
When not on stage, Phelan is the creator and host of one of the fastest growing entertainment podcasts in the UK – How To Be Famous.
James Phelan: The Man Who Was Magic will be at Theatre Royal Winchester on Thursday 4 June at 7.30pm.Recommended age: 12+. For more information, or to book tickets, visit: theatreroyalwinchester.co.uk or call 01962 840 440.
