Southampton-based youth charity No Limits appoints first ambassador

Southampton-based youth charity No Limits has appointed its first ambassador, Southampton-based Ellisha-Jade White.

The 28 year old entrepreneur from Southampton is the founder and director of Mirror Digital Media, a digital marketing agency, and Southampton Focus, a blog and website promoting local business. Ellisha’s online platforms contain fashion and lifestyle tips, as well as speaking about issues that have affected her, like bullying and eating disorders.

Natalie Webb, CEO at No Limits, says “We are delighted that Ellisha has come on board as a No Limits Ambassador. She is a fantastic role model for young people. Her experiences growing up in Southampton, her resilience and her success in setting up her own businesses will be an inspiration to many of those we support. As a local social media influencer Ellisha will make a real difference by ensuring more young people hear about our services and receive the support they need.”

Ellisha said “I am delighted to partner with No Limits and it’s an honour to be the first named ambassador. I love that social media can help anyone find information, at any time all over the world and is an endless supply of knowledge. It amazes me how it can bring people together and to be given the opportunity to use what I have built to help other people is really exciting. Having a hands on approach with the work is really important to me and I am looking forward to getting involved in events, workshops, bringing in local businesses to help where we can and just doing as much as possible.”

Ellisha will be collaborating with No Limits to increase their online reach and create useful, engaging content for young people, including self-help tips, fundraising and signposting to further support.  She will also get involved with the young people accessing No Limits, including using her connections to create opportunities for collaboration with local services to give the young people exciting opportunities.
