Pay it forward with a book for Southampton school children

To celebrate the release of ‘City of Stolen Magic’ by Southampton’s own Nazneen Ahmed Pathak, independent book store October Books is organising apay it forward book scheme to gift copies of the book to local school children.

An organiser of the scheme explained: “We’re super excited here at October Books for the publication of ‘City of Stolen Magic’ by Southampton’s very own, Nazneen Ahmed Pathak.
“To celebrate we’ve organised a school visit with Nazneen to Mount Pleasant Junior School, a local school in the area. We would love to gift the children in these schools with copies of ‘City of Stolen Magic’ that they can get signed for them personally on the day by but to do that we need your help. We’re launching a pay it forward scheme and inviting our customers and members to purchase a copy (or two) for a local school child. Each book costs just £7.99. Oh and don’t forget to order a copy for yourself too.”

To participate you can ask in store if you could purchase a copy for the scheme, pay over the phone on: 02380 581 030 by card or email  info@octoberbooks.org with PAY IT FORWARD in the title and you will be sent a paypal link.
