Not Southampton, but not far away, this week Wickham Festival  takes place, seeing The Proclaimers, Midge Ure and The Saw Doctors head a star-studded line-up at  thefour-day event, which runs from Thursday 3 to Sunday 6 August.

Here in Southampton, he Lost in Transit exhibition has finished its run at October Books in Portswood  and moves to the Level 4 Gallery, Hartley Library from 7-31st August 2023.

On Sunday 6th August award-winning writer, journalist and campaigner Micha Frazer-Carroll (pictured top) is coming to The Railway Inn, Winchester to disrupt the mainstream mental health conversation and talk about her new book – Mad World: The Politics Of Mental Health,

Music includes Canned Pineapple at Heartbreakers, tribute band Foo Forgers at The Brook and The Emerald Dawn at The 1865, while further afield, William The Conqueror who are touring on the back of their new album ‘Excuse Me While I Vanish’ , are coming to Southsea’s Pie and Vinyl on August 2.
