Preview: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Mayflower Theatre, Southampton

The fairest pantomime of them all, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, comes to the stage of Mayflower Theatre from Saturday 9 to Sunday 31 December.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs will be spectacularly brought to life with an abundance of comedy, sensational song and dance numbers, fabulous costumes, and stunning scenery.

Throw in a magical mirror, the magnificent seven and plenty of audience participation and you have the perfect recipe to outwit the Wicked Queen and let love prevail in this glittering festive treat for all ages.

Leading the cast of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs will be Britain’s Got Talent winners and Street Dance sensations Ashley Banjo and Diversity as Prince Ashley and The Palace Guards.

They will be joined by pantomime legend, the one-and-only, Christopher Biggins, as the Man in the Mirror, award-winning actor and stand-up comedian Kev Orkian as Muddles and musical theatre stars, Rachel Stanley as The Wicked Queen and Kirsty Ingram as Snow White.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is staged by Crossroads Pantomimes, the world’s biggest pantomime producer, led by Michael Harrison and the creative team behind recent Mayflower Theatre Christmas successes, including last year’s production of Goldilocks and the Three Bears.

“What an exceptional cast we have this year,” says Michael Ockwell, Mayflower Theatre Chief Executive. “I am thrilled that panto royalty in the form of the one and only Christopher Biggins is joining us in a very special role, he is loved by audiences across the UK.

“On top of Biggins and Diversity, I am delighted that the hilarious Kev Orkian alongside Kirsty Ingram and Rachel Stanley will mean our star cast is once again providing the very best in festive cheer to our audiences from far and wide.”

For three weeks only, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs will bring all the laughter, spectacle, special effects and glittering festive magic audiences have come to expect each year from the Mayflower Theatre’s spectacular Christmas panto.

So, Mirror, Mirror on the wall, don’t miss the fairest pantomime of them all!
