Palestine fundraising walk in the New Forest this weekend

The Southampton and Lymington branches of Palestine Solidarity Campaign are joining forces to hold a fundraising walk this weekend.

Taking place on Sunday, May 25, the walk will go from Milford-on-Sea to Lymington.

Funds raised will go to the lifesaving work of Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) and the campaigning work of Palestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC) both nationally and by the Southampton and Lymington groups.

Participants can meet fellow walkers at Southampton Central train station, at 9.45am at platform 4, or at Lymington train station, before getting a bus to Milford-on-Sea, where the walk is set to leave from at 11.35am.

The walk route is 6.5 miles. Participants are invited to bring a picnic and can get pub refreshments along the route.

Those who can’t take part are invited to sponsor participants.
