And they called it Puppy Love – Guide Dogs visit Mayflower Theatre

Mayflower Theatre has come together with the cast of The Osmonds: A New Musical and Guide Dogs with an extra special Puppy Love photoshoot to help highlight the incredible work guide dogs do every day.

Arguably one of their most famous songs, Puppy Love was released 50 years ago and is a song that still sends many people weak at the knees.

Guide Dogs is the world’s largest breeder and trainer of working dogs, and to date they have transformed around 36,000 lives through a guide dog partnership since 1931.

Their ambition is a future where every person with sight loss has the confidence and support they need to live their lives to the full.

Back in the ‘70s, The Osmonds, were the biggest group on the planet and now their story is being relived in this brand-new musical with the story by Jay Osmond.

THE OSMONDS: A New Musical with story by Jay Osmond tells the true story of the five brothers from Utah who were pushed into the spotlight as children and went on to create smash hits, decade after decade.

THE OSMONDS: A New Musical is currently at the Mayflower Theatre until Saturday 12 November, tickets are on at www.mayflower.org.uk or 02380 711811.
